Being out in nature, walking and talking with another person is the oldest form of therapy. When doing so with a fully trained and licensed therapist, even more significant and durable results can be achieved. Most people would rather "Walk & Talk" than get therapy on a couch anyway. Be Unlimited Counseling has pioneered this approach in Central Florida- most of our sessions are now outside!
